Disney have today confirmed they are offering a special bundled services that will include Disney+, Hulu & ESPN+ under one subscription.
A tweet from Disney’s accounts today confirmed the service is now available and costs $12.99 a month. The package is currently only available in the US.
Disney+ offers “the best of Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, and National Geographic. From new releases to your favorite classics, there’s something for everyone, all ad free.’
Hulu offers “..over 85,000 episodes of every kind of TV. From Castle Rock to Rick and Morty to This Is Us – there’s plenty of all the things you’re into.”
ESPN+ offers “Thousands of live events from UFC, MLB, international soccer, and more. Plus, get the complete 30 for 30 library, premium articles & fantasy tools, and exclusive original series from stars like Peyton Manning, Kevin Durant, and LeBron James”
The bundle subscription still requires users to access the content via the separate service apps and no discount is offered for existing subscribers. Together this is a very attractive and cost effective price offering that continues Disney’s competitive strategy within the streaming market; without other providers looking to offer similar bundled services in the future.
