A sequel to Netflix’s 2017 horror-comedy The Babysitter with The Babysitter: Killer Queen set to arrive on the streaming service on September 10.
McG returned to direct the film, written by Dan Lagana and Brad Morris & Jimmy Warden and McG.
It hasn’t been confirmed that Samara Weaving actually appears in the sequel but her character certainly looms over the proceedings, and the trailer teases that she might return.
“Two years after defeating a satanic cult led by his babysitter Bee, Cole’s trying to forget his past and focus on surviving high school. But when old enemies unexpectedly return, Cole will once again have to outsmart the forces of evil.”
The cast includes Judah Lewis, Emily Alyn Lind, Jenna Ortega, Robbie Amell, Andrew Bachelor, Leslie Bibb, Hana Mae Lee, Bella Thorne, with Ken Marino, Chris Wylde, Carl McDowell, Juliocesar Chavez, Maximilian Acevedo, Jennifer Foster and Helen Hong.
