ComicCon@Home panel released for I Know What You Did Last Summer TV series

Amazon Studios YA horror series I Know What You Did Last Summer, a modern take on the hit 1997 slasher film in collaboration with Sony Pictures Television and Original Film had a Q&A panel during the Amazon ComicCon@Home Panel. The show is set to a feature a new cast of charecters have 8 episodes and many references to the original film according writer/show-runner Sara Goodman. The show releases October 2021 on Prime Video.

Zack Snyder’s ‘Army of the Dead’ to get limited theatrical release

In an uncommon move from streamer Netflix, the Zack Snyder-directed Army of the Dead,” will play exclusively in US cinemas starting on May 14th for one week prior to its Netflix release on May 21st. Notably, Cinemark, one of the country’s biggest theater chains, has agreed to screen the movie. It is booked at 200 Cinemark locations, making “Army of the Dead” the first Netflix film to score a wide release at a major theater chain. The movie will play at roughly 600 theaters in total, including iPic, Landmark, Alamo Drafthouse, Harkins and Cinépolis. Other major circuits, specifically AMC and Regal, will not be offering the film.

As previously reported Amazon Studios has given a series greenlight to YA horror series I Know What You Did Last Summer, a modern take on the hit 1997 slasher film in collaboration with Sony Pictures Television and Original Film.

James Wan is on board to produce, and today it has been reported who will be starring in the upcoming series.
